Raised in rural Metchosin, Christina is a First-Gen German-Canadian who grew up watching her parents develop, renovate, and hold properties from Sooke to Saanich and every municipality between. Being the child of two hard working immigrants instilled a work ethic that has awarded Christina everything she has to be proud of today.
Christina is a multiple Silver & Bronze MLS Award winner, having been a licensed Realtor in Greater Victoria since 2010. Stack is elated to have launched StackHaus Realty Inc., Christina Stack is Owner/Operator, Managing Broker, full time Realtor and licensed Property Manager, as well as General Contractor by trade. You could call her the Stack of all Trades.
Ms. Stack has owned and restored her own Art Deco house in Esquimalt as one woman on title for over a sixteen years.
Living abroad in multiple countries and cities, Christina is no slouch when it comes to travelling. She's travelled as a single woman through 45+ countries, lived in Melbourne, Shropshire UK, UWS Manhattan, downtown Vancouver. You may even recognize Christina from her time as an international foreign correspondent in Washington D.C.
Christina's role in operating a design and modern furniture store in downtown Victoria at the young age of 24 afforded her the insight to entrepreneurship. By studying Sociology at UVic and pursuing further education through UBC Sauder Business, Stack is always committed to learning.
Christina loves weightlifting and home improvement projects with her husband Nick Valinoti, former NYC Building Superintendent, and their corgis Winnie and Henry. Find them gardening, renovating together, or exploring beautiful Vancouver Island.
