Raised rural in Metchosin, Christina is a first generation German-Canadian who grew up watching her parents develop, renovate, and hold properties from Sooke to Saanich and every municipality between. 

Christina is a multiple MLS award winner, having been a licensed Realtor in Greater Victoria since 2010.  

Stack is now proud to have launched StackHaus Realty Inc., Christina Stack is the Managing Broker, full time Realtor and licenced Property Manager.

Ms. Stack has owned and restored her own Art Deco house in Esquimalt as one woman on title for over a decade. Renovating, painting, gardening every square inch like the Haus proud stickler German she is. 

Living abroad in multiple countries and cities with a background in design and retail, has afforded Christina the edge to succeed in Victoria Real Estate. After living and renovating in Manhattan, this Stack is ready to 'StackAttack' any situation. Try her! :) 

Christina loves home improvement projects with her husband Nick Valinoti, former NYC Building Superintendent, and their corgi Winnie.  Find them gardening, renovating together, or exploring beautiful Vancouver Island.

Introducing StackHaus Realty's new up and coming Real Estate Star Kayla Welsh! Kayla is a born and raised Westshore local. Kayla brings with her an organic ability for marketing with a background in beauty influencing and years of experience and enthusiasm for a future in professional Real Estate. Kayla is an extremely hard worker, a planner and a saver. This young woman is a boss at money management and marketing. Competing in motocross and weightlifting from a young age, she is driven, empowered, and has the thick skin needed to hold space in this competitive industry. This self-made rising star in the Victoria Real Estate scene is destined for success. Kayla joins StackHaus Realty as our official unlicensed assistant and we are just as excited for Kayla to pass both her Real Estate Trading Services and Property Management exams!

Nicky Valinoti
(NYC) Building Superintendent & General Contractor
Nicky is a former NYC (UWS Manhattan) Building Superintendent. Nick brings every bit of construction knowledge and property management experience to StackHaus Realty. There is nothing Nick can't fix or build.Even on his days off he's looking for something to renovate, improve or build. Nick is StackHaus' IN-HAUS Superintendent and General Contractor. Together with our casual maintenance staff, Nick is responsible for maintaining large commercial and residential properties, from apartment buildings to small real estate portfolios of strata, houses and co-ops. StackHaus has WCB Coverage, 3rd Party Liability and E&O Insurance. We are insured and covered to perform maintenance, small tenant turnovers,  and large scale renovations.

Winnie Simone Stack
Training for Life
Winnie is the opposite of Sadie and has NO CHILL. If Winnie was a person she'd be either in prison or dancing in traffic. Her breeders contacted us after a year to let us know her pedigree was wrong - she was sired when a bad corgi got into the pen by accident! Her father 'Rolex' has the same mischievous nature. Winnie loves to get into trouble. Even after a year of living in Manhattan, Winnie remains untamed and uncivilized to date. We love her anyways.

Sadie-Baby Stack RIP
Best Dog There Ever Was
Sadie baby lived till the age of 14 and was the heart and sole of StackHaus. It's hard to be perfect but that was Sadie. Her paws were the size of door knobs, she was the most affectionate and hilarious, gentle pupper-puppet that ever roamed the earth.12 corgis could not replace the blessed beastie, precious Sades. If Sadie was a person she'd be a one of those selfless helpful people that works in healthcare or maybe a nun or saint. Miss you Sadie!
